Strawberry shortcake? - strawberry shortcake cake

I cake very often, but I am the strongest impulse to make a cake for Strawberry Shortcake. I have a yellow cake, strawberries and cream, but no creative spark. Does anyone know a recipe for one? You probably have more ingredients if you watched, or I could always run to the store, but I have to do it quickly, before the strawberries go wrong! Please help
