I've learned, my producer has been since the original trust agreement signed in February '07.   2. I am in real estate and strongly suggest to get an inspection. Pay a few hundred dollars for the inspection was a lot of problems in the future to save.   7. Yes! We have and had a new house and were naive about some issues that we think will never happen.
