I dropped from a radar device that morning on his way to work and got my papers for the car, that's my ITV @ expired at the end of last month.

I know that ignorance is not a valid reason, but I knew blisfully had expired - I had run one or 2 months.

My question is - what the police catch speeding drivers detailed in overlap with ITV, insurance and tax databases to ensure that all the above are valid?
